SQLI developed a specific international courier service and freight solution for Alloin

Transports Alloin is a goods transport and logistics company and called upon SQLI to renew their business tool.


Objectives: provide Groupe Alloin with the means to grow

Macadam will satisfy the following objectives:

  • Be reactive and innovative in order to gain new market shares,
  • Take account of the new geographic territory:: the 'Route Europe',
  • Obtain a tool to organise flows (Global Attitude company project which aims to create business synergies) and facilitate exchanges with partners and other Groupe businesses.
  • Provide added value to flows and calculate the profitability of a dispatch,
  • Improve administrative and operational productivity,
  • Orient the Route business IT system towards the client,
  • Implement a common language.

Our assistance: design a specific solution adapted to the client's needs

SQLI provided a truly personalised assistance that incorporated consultancy, developing the IdeoProject solution, its integration and user training.

Results: a unique solution for the courier and freight services that is open to international use

Before the solution was installed, the IT system used several business superimposed applications (courier service / freight, national and international) which communicated little and poorly between themselves (low level of integration).

The Macadam solution has:

  • Reunited the courier service and freight businesses and the national and international management within a single application,
  • Computerised the new business processes for better productivity,
  • Made ergonomical gains to improve learning and user effectiveness,
  • Provided a robust architecture that can absorb increased flows.
