Citroën contracted SQLI for the creation of the 'Maison Qualité'

SQLI designed a full flash module integrated into the Citroën employee intranet intended to make employees aware of the company's strategic issues related to quality and client satisfaction


Objectives : Design an internal communication tool that presents the quality approach

Quality and client satisfaction are amongst Citroën's priorities. The manufacturer contracted Sqli agency for the realisation of a module integrated into the intranet which materialises the company's commitment via the 'Maison Qualité'. Each room in the house illustrates one aspect of the agreed approach to client satisfaction and helps increase employee awareness as it transmits best practices and provides access to numerous documents and measurement tools.

Our assistance : Editorial design, ergonomics and creation of a user journey

In order to create a real stimulus for quality and client satisfaction, the Maison Qualité has been designed as an information zone that is both instructive and attractive whilst using a style that is coherent with the brand's values. The interface is highly user experience oriented and offers immersive and intuitive navigation based on a full flash design with 3D that integrates sound design and motion design effects. SQLI agency's assistance also involved advising on communication and e-learning, including the conception of a teaser and goodies when the Masion Qualité went on-line.

Results : The Maison Qualité is a real internal communication tool
The Maison Qualité is enriched by several thematic rooms with each one illustrating one aspect of client satisfaction. It has become a real internal quality communication, information and training tool with its documentary database. It allows priority actions to be presented and promoted whilst enhancing employee acceptance of the brand values in respect of quality and has created a shared and uniform dynamic at all levels in respect of quality and client relations.
