In the continuity of its innovation strategy, SQLI provides MAAF, a leading mutual insurance company, with its mobile strategy for 2010.

« Accident assistant » a new application helping for a better and faster reaction!

We are often in trouble with an accident: many important actions in a mimimum time, such as dealing with car passengers, outdoor space, assistance, necessary papers for the insurance…

In this willpower to be close to his members in those special times, MAAF has given to SQLI Bordeaux, its partner since 2001, the execution for the iPhone application “Accident Assistant”.
This easy tool, user-friendly and ergonomic allows to Apple smartphone users to get new exclusive services, to help injured persons to manage the event:

  • An urgency directory, with all useful phone number
  • A security e-guide, to better manage the event
  • Creation and sending by mail the claim for the insurance company (with pictures) to MAAF adviser for a quick refunding
  • Geo localisation agency research

The iPhone application was implemented in accordance with the MAAF web strategy.
« We are testing a new application, we know it. But, for our members, access by mobile to MAAF won’t be ignored. They can connect every time, everywhere, for lots of circumstances, to access our services. We’re increasing mobile services developments » said Hervé Bois, MAAF Innovation & ebusiness Emarketing department.

For the application launching, a RP 2.0 plan was implemented: lots of bloggers have been invited to preview the application quality; a dedicated Facebook page was opened and motivated, all organized by Sqli agency.
