On-line healthcare insurance sales with SQLI

SQLI assisted Apicil with the design of a virtual agency on-line; promoting and selling healthcare insurance via the internet


Objectives: capture new clients using the web

  • Transpose all the actions conducted by Apicil sales advisers in a real agency onto the web: the welcome, advice, sales and assistance.
  • Offer entertaining user interfaces that allow the creation of made-to-measure personalised proposals by changing the type and level of cover (multi-offer cover, optical, dental...)
  • Make the user's progress easier on the whole of the site especially when taking out a policy

Our assistance: design, realisation, web management: e-marketing, ergonomics, web 2.0 functionalities

The upstream integration of a SQLI project team within the APICIL e-business service allowed a complete understanding of the business challenges and allowed the most relevant solutions to be proposed whilst respecting an ambitious timetable.

The project deliverables include:

  • Proposing several graphic identities and declining the one selected by the clients onto every page
  • On-line help as an adviser who helps users at any time during their navigation on the site
  • The proposal simulator and comparer with service add/remove and 3 - 5 cover levels

Results:

  • The site's interface clearly differentiates Apicil from its competitors in terms of image
  • The ease of use means it is easy to go from start to finish of the order process thanks to the intuitive interfaces.
  • The site is also a financial success: the number of daily subscriptions continues to increase since the launch and have even exceeded the Group's initial objectives in its Business Plan.
