Davigel has been using Business Objects software for a number of years and relies on the expertise of SQLI Institut Rouen to train its employees in the use and deployment of the solution in decision-making aid field.
Our assistance: made-to-measure training adapted to the client's world
The training provided by SQLI Institut is adapted to Davigel's specific environment. It involves new users who are discovering BO and more experienced users who were able to explore the solution's advanced functions on this occasion.
Training was also provided for more technical employees, specifically developers and project managers, in order that they have a better understanding of the solution's architecture, installation and administration.
Results: broader awareness of the practices and better understanding of the decision-making aids
Adjusting the training to the client's real needs and its situation resulted in a broader awareness of the practices and their acceptance by users in their daily work.
This training, which is repeated annually, also allows the teams to become more effective and provides clients with effective management tools.
