EoZen has been assisting the SNET in the development of its ERP since 2005: improvement to the R/3 base and performance optimisation solutions
LA SNET, which recently became part of E.ON, produces and sells electricity (mainly produced from coal) to its clients and to EDF.
Objectives:
The IT department had diverse expectations: improvement to the environment of the R:3 base that was already installed and the addition of new solutions to provide the expected performances in order to better serve LA SNET's client departments.

"EoZen has been an Endesa France (LA SNET) partner since 2006 and knows how to answer our need. Following a tender for the migration to ECC 6, EoZen was the only one who could work with us in this upgrade project who knew the context and the approach to be used. They are also capable of acting in the event that a key user is absent.
